Receive a bonus of up to £1000 a year from the government!

In the 2016 Budget George Osborne announced that from April 2017, if you are between the ages of 18 and 40, you will be eligible to open a Lifetime ISA account (LISA).

This will allow you to contribute up to £4,000 per year until you reach the age of 50. For every pound you put in the government will contribute a further 25p – equating to a bonus of up to £1,000 per year.

On MoneyTalk this Friday Simon will be discussing the pros and cons of this savings account.

Tune in to Channel Radio on Friday the 1st of April from 12pm to find out how this could work for you. Join the discussion on Twitter or Facebook ahead of time or on the day.
