This week’s program focuses on stress. Money worries are a major stressor and a major contributor to poor mental wellbeing. The NHS website has a whole section on coping with money worries; while earlier this year CNBC reported that over 85% of Americans have at least some money related stress with a whopping 30% admitting to being constantly stressed out about money. Against this back drop, Life Search has published research that shows 2/3 of UK workers would take a pay cut to improve work life balance while Post Office Money research shows that the average house sale now takes 102 days – no wonder home moving is often described as the second most stressful thing in life after divorce.

Money Talk this week will take a deeper look and share strategies for ending financial stress in your life. Money Talk on www.channelradio.co.uk/2 with Simon Webster at 13.00 on Friday 30th November 2018.
